Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a RTX company, is seeking a procurement professional to execute end-to-end procurement, respond to client inquiries about orders, and manage sourcing to secure favorable terms. You will monitor supplier performance, analyze prices, and support cost optimization.

The ideal candidate holds a university degree in business or a related field with 5+ years of experience (or an advanced degree with at least 3 years).

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related field with 5+ years of experience (or an advanced degree with 3+ years).
• Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP procurement software.

Responsibilities

• Execute procurement processes, including RFP preparation, supplier negotiations, cost analysis, and PO management.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding order status, changes, or cancellations with timely communication.
• Manage sourcing activities to procure goods, materials, supplies, and services while ensuring compliance and favorable terms.
• Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance, resolving delays, shortages, or quality issues.
• Prepare and analyze price proposals, financial reports, and procurement data to support cost optimization.
