Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a RTX business, is seeking a Sr. Manager of Supply Chain Management to own supplier management, ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS/ITAR, and meet material objectives.

The role requires extensive procurement, contracts, production control, logistics, and financial execution experience, with potential onsite work in Largo, FL or Marlborough, MA. Strong IPT leadership and travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with minimum 7 years of experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to program information under this contract.
• Must have or be capable of obtaining a DoD security clearance.
• Experience with supply chain management, procurement, production control, receiving, cost estimating, logistics, and finance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead supply chain proposal activities.
• Conduct pre-award Supplier Assessment (RESA).
• Report, track, and manage an IPT and the delivery of procured material from suppliers to destination.
• Work with other functions to ensure cost estimates and EAC are accurate and staffing is appropriate.
• Conduct material contract closure activity with Contracts and Program Office.
• Establish material priorities across IPT or program.
• Provide Supply Chain support for Gates 2-11 and IPDP compliance.
• Act as CAM or support the assigned CAM.
