Job summary

UroGen Pharma, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee day-to-day 3PL logistics, inventory management, and order-to-cash processes.

The role collaborates with Finance, Quality, Commercial, Patient Services, IT, and external partners to ensure product availability and accurate financial transactions. The ideal candidate has a BS in a related field and 6+ years in regulated supply chain roles, with strong ERP, DSCSA, and data-analysis experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, business, or related field.
• 6+ years in supply chain operations, distribution, logistics, or related regulated environment.
• Experience assessing and managing 3PL capabilities, service levels, metrics, escalations, and corrective actions.
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash, including invoices, revenue timing, and working capital.
• Inventory-management expertise: cycles counts, lot/expiry, reconciliation, adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Owns 3PL service-level reviews and KPI tracking; drives corrective actions and improvements.
• Oversees the financial order-to-cash process from order to delivery and close.
• Reviews 3PL fees, variances, inventory adjustments, and supports budgets/forecasts.
• Implements inventory controls across 3PL network and ensures book-to-physical accuracy.
• Leads inventory reconciliation and root-cause analysis with cross-functional teams.
