Job summary

UroGen Pharma, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain leader to oversee day-to-day 3PL logistics, inventory management, and the financial order-to-cash process.

You will collaborate with Finance, Quality, Commercial, Patient Services, IT, and external partners to ensure product availability, accurate records, and timely delivery. The role requires strong ERP/3PL experience, DSCSA/compliance knowledge, and excellent cross-functional communication to drive continuous improvements in a regulated

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 6+ years in Supply Chain Operations, logistics, or regulated environments.
• Experience with third-party logistics capabilities and performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and related financials.
• Inventory controls including lot/expirations and cycle counts.
• Knowledge of ERP and data-integration processes; NetSuite/SAP/EDI/serialization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day 3PL relationships and escalation points.
• Owns 3PL KPI reviews and implements improvements.
• Oversees financial order-to-cash processes from order to closure.
• Collaborates with Finance to resolve transactions and revenue timing.
• Reviews 3PL fees, variances, and inventory adjustments.
• Implements inventory controls across the 3PL network.
• Leads inventory reconciliation and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinates ambient and cold-chain distribution and temperature escalations.
• Supports product launches and ERP/3PL system implementations.
• Maintains data/reporting across ERP, WMS, EDI interfaces.
