uniQure seeks a Director of Commercial Supply Chain to build, scale and manage global operations for high‑value gene therapies ahead of Phase 3 and commercialization. You will design the operating model, lead demand and supply planning, distribution, and cold‑chain logistics.

You will ensure GDP and DSCSA compliance, drive launch readiness, and lead cross‑functional teams across TechOps, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance, plus external partners, to mitigate risk and optimize inventory.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Engineering or Life Sciences, with 8–10 years in biopharma supply chain.
• Experience in cell/gene therapy, biologics, or complex cold-chain modalities.
• Proven track record building or scaling supply chains in outsourced environments.
