Job summary

UroGen Pharma, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Leader to oversee day-to-day 3PL operations, inventory controls, and the end-to-end order-to-cash process.

You will collaborate with Finance, Quality, Commercial, and IT to ensure product availability, accurate inventory, and timely financial transactions. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in regulated supply chain roles, pharma experience, and strong ERP knowledge (NetSuite/SAP).

Qualifications

• BS degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years in Supply Chain Operations, distribution, logistics, or regulated env; pharma or life-sciences preferred.
• Experience assessing and managing 3PL capabilities and service levels.
• Strong financial understanding of order-to-cash flow and related processes.
• Inventory-management expertise including lot/expiration, cycle counts, reconciliations.
• Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain including warehousing, transportation, and supply continuity.
• Knowledge of ERP, WMS, order-management; experience with NetSuite, SAP, EDI, serialization preferred.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution requirements, DSCSA, traceability, QA expectations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage priorities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional influence.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day relationships and acts as the primary operation escalation point for 3PL activities.
• Owns 3PL service-level and KPI reviews and drives corrective actions and improvements.
• Oversees the financial order-to-cash process from validation to closure.
• Partners with Finance to resolve transactions and support revenue timing and close.
• Reviews 3PL fees, variances, inventory adjustments, and supports budgets and forecasts.
• Develops inventory controls across the 3PL network including lot and expiration management.
• Leads inventory reconciliation and root-cause analysis with 3PL and internal teams.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams on ambient and cold-chain distribution and carrier performance.
• Coordinates product release, holds, DSCSA compliance, serialization, traceability, and audits with QA/Regulatory.
• Supports 3PL activities for new launches, network changes, and ERP/3PL system implementations.
• Maintains data and reporting controls across ERP, warehouse, order-management, and EDI interfaces.
• Prioritizes and reviews 3PL work through the Director, Supply Chain.
• As the organization grows, may manage people including coaching and development.
• Acts as SME to resolve operational, financial, and data-integration issues with partners.
