Job summary

UroGen Pharma, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director of Order Operations and Customer Service to lead a team of ten.

The role will define the operating model, establish service standards, and partner across Commercial, Supply Chain, Market Access, Finance, Legal, Quality, IT, and external fulfillment partners to deliver exceptional customer support. The candidate will design scalable, high-touch processes, manage escalations, and drive improvements using operational insights to enable growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, healthcare administration or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Set the functional strategy and multiyear roadmap for Order Operations and Customer Service.
• Lead and develop a high-performing, customer-focused team.
• Own resources, budgets, staffing, and capacity plans to meet goals.
• Advise senior leadership with data-driven perspectives on risk and priorities.
• Plan for launches, volume growth, and continuity across channels.
