Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Supply Chain M&A Specialist to join our Strategy team. You will serve as a trusted advisor on mergers, acquisitions, and transformation initiatives where supply chain is a key value driver and risk.

You will blend supply chain depth, enterprise platform fluency, and business acumen to shape strategy, lead delivery, and architect impactful solutions. You’ll partner with global teams, lead strategic roadmaps, and drive governance across people, process, and technology

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering supply chain and/or M&A projects in a consulting environment.
• Track record of managing client-facing engagements from initiation through post-go-live support.
• Experience across multiple industries and client sizes is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in both Delivery Lead and Solution Architect roles on the same or comparable engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and supply chain strategy engagements focused on M&A readiness, integration/separation planning, and enterprise capability assessment.
• Partner with client leadership to evaluate enterprise platform landscapes and identify supply chain synergies, one-time and run costs, gaps, and transformation opportunities.
• Develop and present strategic roadmaps that align technology capabilities with business value streams and GTM objectives.
• Facilitate executive workshops to align stakeholders on priorities, risks, and integration sequencing.
• Apply delivery leadership and solution architecture experience to assess feasibility, sequencing, and risk of enterprise initiatives.
• Translate platform-level architectural trade-offs into seismic planning inputs for M&A timelines and investment priorities.
• Produce high-quality deliverables including business cases, capability assessments, and implementation plans.
