Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Supply Chain M&A Specialist to join our Supply Chain Strategy team, partnering with the Global M&A Capability practice. You will serve as a trusted advisor on mergers, acquisitions, and enterprise transformation where supply chain is a primary value and risk driver.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on platform experience across ERP/CRM systems and supply chain tech to help clients realize measurable improvements across planning, sourcing, logistics,

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience delivering supply chain and/or M&A projects in a consulting environment.
Track record of managing client-facing engagements from initiation through post-go-live support.
Experience working across multiple industries and client sizes is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience in both Delivery Lead and Solution Architect roles on the same or comparable engagements.
Ability to context-switch between strategic leadership and hands-on technical design.

Responsibilities

Lead business and supply chain strategy engagements focused on M&A readiness, integration/separation planning, and enterprise capability assessment.
Partner with client leadership to evaluate enterprise platform landscapes and identify supply chain synergies, one-time and run costs, gaps, and transformation opportunities.
Develop and present strategic roadmaps that align technology capabilities with business value streams and GTM objectives.
Facilitate executive workshops to align stakeholders on priorities, risks, and integration sequencing.
Strategically design LOE analyses and risk assessments for enterprise initiatives.
