Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Supply Chain M&A Specialist to join our global Supply Chain Strategy team. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients navigating mergers, acquisitions and enterprise transformation where supply chain is a source of value and risk. Travel will be required as needed by our clients.

This role combines supply chain domain depth with platform fluency. You will lead strategy engagements, assess ERP/SC platforms, develop roadmaps, and facilitate executive workshops to align

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years delivering supply chain and/or M&A projects in a consulting environment.
• Experience leading client-facing engagements from initiation through post-go-live support.
• Experience across multiple industries and client sizes is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic advisory and M&A readiness engagements.
• Assess enterprise platform landscapes for supply chain synergies, one-time and run costs, gaps, and transformation opportunities.
• Develop strategic roadmaps aligning technology capabilities with business value streams and GTM objectives.
• Facilitate executive workshops to align stakeholders on priorities, risks, and integration sequencing.
