Slalom is seeking a Supply Chain M&A Specialist to join our Supply Chain Strategy team, partnering with the Global M&A Capability practice. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients navigating mergers, acquisitions, and enterprise transformation where supply chain drives value and risk.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering supply chain and/or M&A projects in a consulting environment.
• Track record of managing client-facing engagements from initiation through post-go-live support.
• Experience working across multiple industries and client sizes is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and supply chain strategy engagements focused on M&A readiness, integration/separation planning, and enterprise capability assessment.
• Partner with client leadership to evaluate enterprise platform landscapes and identify supply chain synergies, one-time and run costs, gaps, and transformation opportunities.
• Develop and present strategic roadmaps that align technology capabilities with business value streams and GTM objectives.
• Facilitate executive workshops to align stakeholders on priorities, risks, and integration sequencing.
• Strategic roadmaps development across people, process, and technology dimensions; deliver high-quality business cases and implementation plans.
