Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Supply Chain M&A Specialist to join our global Supply Chain Strategy team. You will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to clients navigating mergers, acquisitions, and enterprise transformation where supply chain is a key value and risk driver.

You will lead engagements, assess platform landscapes (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, S/4, Anaplan, Kinaxis and more), and develop roadmaps aligning technology with business value streams. Travel will be required as needed by clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering supply chain and/or M&A projects in a consulting environment.
• Track record of managing client-facing engagements from initiation through post-go-live support.
• Experience across multiple industries and client sizes is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in both Delivery Lead and Solution Architect roles on the same or comparable engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and supply chain strategy engagements focused on M&A readiness, integration/separation planning, and enterprise capability assessment.
• Partner with client leadership to evaluate enterprise platform landscapes and identify supply chain synergies, one-time and run costs, gaps, and transformation opportunities.
• Develop and present strategic roadmaps that align technology capabilities with business value streams and GTM objectives.
• Facilitate executive workshops to align stakeholders on priorities, risks, and integration sequencing.
• Produce high-quality deliverables including business cases, capability assessments, and implementation plans.
