Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Supply Chain M&A Specialist to join our global Supply Chain Strategy team. You will advise clients through mergers and acquisitions, design integration plans, and shape roadmaps that connect platform capabilities to business value streams. Travel to client sites is required as needed.

You will collaborate with leaders to assess ERP/CRM landscapes, enable transformation, and deliver high-impact outcomes through disciplined LOE analyses and architecture guidance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering supply chain and/or M&A projects in a consulting environment.
• Track record of managing client-facing engagements from initiation through post-go-live support.
• Experience across multiple industries and client sizes is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and supply chain strategy engagements focused on M&A readiness, integration/separation planning, and enterprise capability assessment.
• Partner with client leadership to evaluate enterprise platform landscapes and identify supply chain synergies, one-time and run costs, gaps, and transformation opportunities.
• Develop and present strategic roadmaps that align technology capabilities with business value streams and GTM objectives.
• Facilitate executive workshops to align stakeholders on priorities, risks, and integration sequencing.
