Embark is seeking a senior supply chain leader to guide engagements from assessment through implementation for private equity and corporate clients. You’ll own operating-model design, size teams and gaps, and drive transformation across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory.

You will oversee client interactions, coach associates, and ensure high-quality delivery, with a focus on cost-to-serve improvements and value realization.

Formación

• 8+ years in management consulting or equivalent.
• Deep operating-model experience across network design, S&OP, procurement, warehousing.
• Experience with ERP and SCM systems (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).

Responsabilidades

• Lead supply chain assessments for targets, platforms, and standalone operating companies.
• Map processes end to end across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory.
• Design future-state operating models and set network footprint, sourcing strategy, and inventory policy.
• Act as a functional leader in technology transformations related to ERP, WMS, TMS and other systems.
• Lead post-close and post-redesign implementations and Day-1 readiness planning.
