Entegris, Inc. seeks a Senior Director to lead the Global Supply Chain Transformation & Execution portfolio and multi-year roadmap, aligning programs with strategy and executive priorities. You will drive governance, investment decisions, and value realization across the enterprise.

Requires 15+ years in operations/strategy, strong PMO/TMO leadership, and an executive presence to influence senior leaders without direct authority.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Strategy, Transformation, Program Management, or Management Consulting.
• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation portfolios.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated GSC transformation portfolio and multi-year roadmap.
• Translate strategy into prioritized programs, capabilities, and investment plans.
• Facilitate executive trade-off decisions across initiatives, resources, and business priorities.
• Govern portfolio sequencing, interdependencies, and value realization.
• Lead execution of enterprise and cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Establish program governance, stage gates, reporting, and controls.
• Drive predictable delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and value commitments.
• Partner with Finance to quantify, track, and realize transformation benefits.
