The role

You will lead supply chain and operations engagements across assessment, redesign, and implementation. You own the operating-model view of a client's supply chain, size the people, process, and technology gaps across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory, and turn your findings into a defensible story and a prioritized roadmap. This is a client-facing leadership role. You run engagements day to day, manage client stakeholders, and own the quality of the work before it reaches the engagement lead.

You bring operations depth to every assessment: network design, cost-to-serve, working capital, and tech enabled process optimization. We work for private equity sponsors, institutional investors, corporate acquirers, and their portfolio companies, as well as corporate operating companies directly. Engagements span M&A-related supply chain diligence and integration, and standalone operational transformation outside a deal context.

Assess the current state across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory.

How we work

A typical engagement pairs you with a director for oversight, associates for execution, and functional specialists in finance, HR, and technology where the work needs them. You lead the day-to-day and own the deliverables. Typical compensation range for this role is $175,000-$190,000 based on experience.

All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability or protected veteran status, or any other legally protected basis, in accordance with applicable law.
