Job summary

ClearBridge Executive Search seeks an experienced Senior Supply Chain leader to drive end-to-end operations in a fast-paced CPG manufacturing environment. You will shape strategy, oversee planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across multiple facilities.

The role requires a track record of managing large-scale budgets, deep ERP and data analytics expertise, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience in CPG manufacturing.
• Proven success managing multi-million-dollar budgets and complex global supply chains.
• Expertise in strategic sourcing, procurement, logistics, and production planning.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business growth and customer demand.
• Oversee production planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory management across multiple facilities.
• Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and strengthen quality.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to suppliers, materials, and production capacity.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Sales to ensure seamless execution.
• Leverage ERP and advanced analytics tools to improve forecasting, resource allocation, and decision-making.
