Qualifications

• BS/BA in Supply Chain, Engineering or related technical degree.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Engineering, R&D, Human Insights, Finance, Supply Chain and other functions.
• Lead projects from initiation through SOS.
• Champion the FLIGHT Stage Gate process and drive timely leadership decisions.
• Develop and deploy end-to-end business-unit supply chain strategy.
