Job summary

Hire Point Recruiting is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain activities in a fast-paced CPG environment. You will drive demand planning, inventory control, procurement coordination, and logistics execution to ensure product availability and optimize stock levels.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in supply chain or operations, strong Excel and ERP experience, and a data-driven approach to improving service levels and costing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 6+ years in supply chain/inventory/demand planning or operations.
• CPG industry experience required.
• Strong inventory management, forecasting, and supply planning.
• Advanced Excel with large datasets and modeling.
• ERP systems experience in a supply chain environment.
• Analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and partnering.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading process improvements (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory planning and replenishment strategies to optimize stock and minimize excess.
• Develop and maintain demand forecasts from historical trends and initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, finance, procurement, and warehouse teams.
• Monitor inventory performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize ERP systems to manage inventory, planning, purchasing, and reporting.
• Analyze supply chain data using Advanced Excel and other reporting tools.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders for procurement and schedules.
• Lead supply planning to balance demand, capacity, and inventory targets.
• Develop KPIs related to inventory accuracy, forecast accuracy, and efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and improve scalability.
• Support new product launches and cross-functional initiatives affecting inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and standards.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field

6+ years of progressive supply chain, inventory planning, demand planning, or operations experience

CPG industry experience
