Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of progressive supply chain experience with at least 3 years in a management or team lead role
• Experience in procurement, subcontracts, material planning, and warehouse/inventory operations
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and defense contracting practices
• Proven ability to lead or participate in complex negotiations and deliver results on cost, schedule, and quality
• Experience in optimizing supply chain processes during high growth or production ramps
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Drive Supply Chain Planning & Optimization: execute strategies, optimize material flow and inventory, monitor KPIs to support rapid scaling.
• Lead Strategic Procurement & Supplier Management: manage critical supplier relationships, drive performance, negotiate terms for continuity and cost efficiency.
• Execute Technical Sourcing & Supplier Qualification: support make/buy analyses, qualify suppliers for complex components and systems.
• Proactive Risk Management: identify and mitigate supply chain risks for resilience.
• Manage & Develop Supply Chain Talent: lead and mentor a high‑performing team, ensure effective execution of objectives.
