Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead and scale procurement for critical imaging products and defense programs. You will own supplier relationships at the strategic level, drive cost and delivery performance, and build the procurement organization to support full‑rate production.

The role requires deep procurement expertise, experience leading teams in high‑growth environments, and the judgment to balance cost, risk, and speed in a fast‑moving defense business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required (Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field).
• 8+ years of progressive supply chain experience, with 3+ years in a management role.
• Strong background in procurement, subcontracts, material planning, and warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic supplier relationships and negotiations, including long‑term agreements and executive‑level relationships.
• Drive sourcing and supplier qualification for complex components and assemblies to diversify the supply base.
• Own risk management and cost performance, mitigate long‑lead materials, sole‑source dependencies and capacity constraints.
• Build and lead a high‑performing procurement team with clear objectives, processes, and metrics.
• Partner with engineering, program management, quality, finance, and production leadership to align procurement with milestones and budgets.
