Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field.
• 8+ years in sourcing engineering, supplier engagement, or electronics design.
• Domain expertise in value and procurement engineering at component/product level.
• Willingness to travel 10–25% for vendor visits.
• Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical BOMs and component risk assessments.
• Identify and mitigate supply-chain lead-time and sourcing risks for PCBA components.
• Scale electronics sourcing strategy as product lines grow.
• Conduct supplier selection and expand approved supplier list.
• Collaborate with suppliers and design engineering on technical inquiries.
• Coordinate with quality to ensure AS9100 compliance for production electronics.
• Coordinate with manufacturing to release and transmit data in PLM/ERP.
• Coordinate with HQ PCBA team to streamline procurement.
