Job summary

Generac in Wisconsin is seeking a Materials Supervisor to manage end-to-end material flow from receiving to line-side presentation and order picking for intra-plant deliveries. The role requires leadership of the materials team and close collaboration with Quality, Purchasing and Production.

You will drive continuous improvement in inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and delivery performance while leveraging SAP and other ERP tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of materials leadership.
• 2 years of experience leading teams, developing people or organizing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely material flow within the facility and delivery for shipments.
• Develop and implement standard processes to improve production efficiency.
• Lead and supervise materials staff development through training and certification.
