Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five years of directly related experience in contract manufacturing industry.
• Electronics manufacturing experience a plus and supervisory experience required.
• Significant experience with inventory control, logistics, materials requirement planning, supply chains, contract negotiations, and purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels to support on-time production while minimizing on-hand inventory.
• Lead supplier negotiations and track quality, price and delivery metrics.
• Oversee purchasing, materials management and configuration management across multiple sites.
• Interface with Program Managers on planning and forecasting of customer orders.
• Modify processes and procedures for shipping, receiving, transport, and inventory control to reduce waste.
