RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC electronics manufacturing unit in Maryland is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee inventory, purchasing, and supplier collaboration across multiple sites. You will supervise a team focused on materials management and configuration control to ensure on-time production.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and five years of related experience in contract manufacturing or electronics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of directly related experience in contract manufacturing industry.
• Must have prior supervisory experience & strong people management skills.
• Must have significant experience with inventory control, logistics, materials requirement planning, supply chains, contract negotiations, and purchasing.

Responsabilités

• Manage inventory levels to ensure on-time production while minimizing on-hand inventory.
• Oversee purchasing procedures and supplier relationships across multiple sites.
• Lead negotiations and track quality, price and delivery metrics.
• Provide data/metrics to drive continuous improvement and decision making.
