Job summary

RocketForce Technologies LLC is seeking a Lead, Supply Chain Management in Redmond, WA. The role leads the SC/MM team, interfaces with Program Management, and drives procurement and material planning to support program objectives.

The candidate will develop SCM plans, forecast material needs, and monitor performance using EV metrics. A senior, program-oriented expert is expected to navigate cross-functional IPTs and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 9+ years of relevant experience; a Graduate Degree with 7+ years is preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, 13+ years of related experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead SC/MM execution from customer request through contract closeout.
• Develop SC/MM plans to ensure quality, on-time delivery, and best value.
• Manage program health using Earned Value to report weekly performance.
• Develop Joint Strategic Plan (JSP) to forecast material sales.
• Prepare monthly material forecasts and quarterly EAC reports.
• Identify risks/opportunities and support budget and schedule.
• Support supplier negotiations and manage supplier performance.
• Collaborate with IPTs and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain IMS and budget baselines with the program team.
• Lead SC/MM in proposal activities for labor and material estimates.
