Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, or related roles.
• Experience managing supplier delivery performance, PO schedules, commitments, and schedule recovery actions.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across manufacturing engineering, quality, production planning, programs, finance, legal, and contracts.
• APICS CPSM or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing and supplier management strategies aligned with program goals.
• Manage handoffs from manufacturing engineering after RFQ and vendor selection to ensure POs and delivery commitments are established.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships from RFIs/RFQs through contract execution and delivery closure.
• Maintain PO schedules, track delivery commitments, and push for recovery plans when delays occur.
