Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience in aerospace, defense, or highly regulated manufacturing
• Experience leading end-to-end supply chain functions including sourcing, procurement, planning, inventory and logistics
• Proven track record of improving on-time delivery, cost competitiveness, and supplier performance
• Experience standing up or transforming a modern, scalable supply chain organization across multiple sites
• Strong collaboration with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Business Development

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise-wide supply chain strategy aligned with growth objectives and customer commitments
• Build and lead a multi-site supply chain organization that is standardized, scalable, and performance-driven
• Design future-state operating models to improve efficiency, visibility, and accountability
• Oversee procurement, strategic sourcing, planning, and supplier development across sites
• Implement KPIs and operating rhythms focused on delivery, quality, lead time, and cost performance
