Job summary

RTX Corporate is seeking a procurement professional to join the Enterprise Services team in Richardson, TX. This hybrid role focuses on optimizing the order fulfillment process and ensuring compliant requisition workflows across SAP, APEX, PRISM, ARIBA, and SRM.

The role requires a university degree with 5+ years of experience (or advanced degree with 3+ years) and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. Eligible for comprehensive RTX benefits and a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

University Degree with 5+ years relevant experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years.
Experience using SAP, APEX, PRISM, ARIBA and SRM for job tasks and processes.
Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Adobe proficiency as required.

Responsibilities

Identify, prioritize, and implement process automation across order fulfillment.
Validate internal customer demands for material, software, and services for completeness and accuracy.
Prioritize creation and release of compliant procurement requisitions in SAP/APEX/PRISM/ARIBA/SRM.
Provide requisition oversight from requisition to payment and invoicing.
Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate Procure-to-Pay and resolve issues.
