Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience plus 5 years of relevant work.
• Experience with core supply chain functions: procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
• Experience with ERP systems and related tools.
• Experience with standard project management lifecycles.
• Experience in cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead sprint planning, change management, portfolio reviews, intake and planning meetings.
• Develop detailed business cases by gathering key scope inputs, requirements, and targeted business outcomes.
• Manage change management and communications activities to ensure seamless project implementation.
• Collaborate with business sponsors, portfolio leads, and technical teams to align project objectives and deliverables.
• Drive data-driven decision-making to optimize project outcomes and ensure reliable delivery performance.
• Oversee vendor and stakeholder management to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
• Utilize ERP systems, tools, and command media to manage project lifecycles effectively.
• Monitor and report project progress, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
