Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in supply chain/procurement or related field.
• Experience with government contracting and FAR/DFARS.
• Experience managing multiple suppliers and large programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for supply chain on key programs and report to leadership.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies for ~20 identified suppliers.
• Support rapid non-product procurement including hardware, services, software, and consulting.
• Lead cross-functional teams to manage supplier relationships and contracts.
• Ensure on-time delivery and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Mentor and develop team; travel as needed.
