Job summary

Revelyst Outdoor seeks an experienced Manager, Supply Chain FP&A to serve as the finance partner to senior operations leadership. You will own the end-to-end supply chain financial view, including product cost, inbound freight and duties, distribution, inventory and PPV.

Build forecasts, establish KPIs, and explain variances with clarity to drive profitability. The role reports to senior finance leaders and involves tight collaboration with Operations, Sourcing and Distribution across our

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience in supply chain, operations or cost finance.
• Experience setting supply chain KPIs and linking to P&L and cash flow.
• Experience with enterprise planning tools (Planful, Anaplan, Hyperion or OneStream).

Responsibilities

• Own the financial view of end-to-end supply chain costs and budgeting.
• Build and own forecasts for product cost, freight, duties, inventory and PPV.
• Set KPIs, track performance, and report variances to leadership.
• Partner with Operations, Distribution and Sourcing on cost optimization.
• Translate actions into EBITDA and cash impact; support working capital improvements.
