Job summary

Revelyst, a collective of makers in outdoor performance gear, is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager in Irvine, CA. You will lead financial planning and analysis, model building, and reporting to guide brand teams on profitability and strategy.

You will partner with cross-functional leaders, develop budgets and forecasts, and drive improvements in forecasting accuracy and financial performance. Competitive salary and full benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive planning and financial analysis experience in a consumer products manufacturing/sourcing company.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, present findings clearly, and influence decisions.
• Strategic mindset with ability to think critically, solve problems, and develop innovative solutions.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of financial planning processes (budgets, forecasts, long-range plans).
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decisions and evaluate performance.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models and report variances to management.
• Partner with business leaders to drive growth and profitability through FP&A insights.
• Establish and track KPIs and produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve FP&A processes and reporting efficiency.
