Job summary

Revelyst Outdoor in Irvine, CA is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for our Adventure Sports brands. This role partners with brand teams to build forecasts, analyze profitability, and enable strategic decision-making across consumer products lines.

You will own financial models, monitor performance metrics, and drive process improvements to enhance profitability and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Progressive planning and financial analysis experience in a consumer products manufacturing/sourcing company.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels and influence decision-makers.
• Strategic mindset with problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range strategic plans.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate performance, trends, and profitability across brands/channels.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models and monitor variances against budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare regular management reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Partner with business leaders to drive growth and profitability through financial planning and risk management.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for stakeholders and leadership.
