Job summary
International Motors USA in San Antonio seeks a Senior Supply Chain Engineer to plan, design, and implement warehouse and manufacturing infrastructure. This role leads material flow development, facility layouts, and equipment selection to support a new external warehouse and strategic growth initiatives.
Ideal candidates have extensive CAD-based design expertise, warehouse systems knowledge, and strong project management skills to coordinate vendors and cross-functional teams from concept
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required or Master's degree with no experience.
- At least 3 years of product manufacturing experience or equivalent.
- Willingness to work onsite in San Antonio, TX.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of supply chain infrastructure for new warehouse and projects.
- Develop warehouse layouts, material flow concepts, and operational standards.
- Create CAD layouts and equipment specifications for facility designs.
- Coordinate equipment installation, RFQs, and vendor negotiations.
- Support capacity analysis and process simulations for future growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness and project milestones.
