Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- Experience designing and implementing warehouse layouts and material flow systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of supply chain infrastructure for new warehouse and projects.
- Develop warehouse layouts, storage strategies, and material flow concepts.
- Create CAD layouts, drawings, and equipment specs.
- Define equipment requirements including racking, forklifts, conveyors, AGVs, and related systems.
- Manage vendor RFQs, bid evaluations, procurement, and contracts.
- Coordinate installation, commissioning, and startup activities.
- Perform capacity analyses and space utilization studies.
- Develop SOPs and training materials.
- Lead cross-functional teams to meet milestones and budgets.
- Collaborate with various functions to ensure readiness and implement improvements.
