Job summary

International Motors, LLC seeks a Supply Chain Engineer in San Antonio to design and implement warehouse infrastructure, material flow, and operation systems supporting manufacturing and a new external warehouse launch. The role requires CAD expertise, project management, and cross-functional coordination with Operations, Logistics, IT, and Procurement to improve safety, efficiency, and cost performance.

Qualifications

5+ years in Supply Chain or Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering.
Experience designing warehouse layouts and material flow systems.
Vendor management and RFQ experience with capital equipment.
Proficient CAD layout design and facility design.

Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of supply chain infrastructure for new warehouse and projects.
Develop warehouse layouts, material flow concepts, receiving and replenishment processes.
Design and optimize material flow from receiving to point-of-use.
Create 2D/3D CAD layouts, equipment specs, facility designs.
Define equipment requirements including racking, conveyors, AGVs, forklifts.
Coordinate vendor selection, RFQs, bids, procurement, and contracts.
Manage installation, commissioning, validation, and startup activities.
Perform capacity analysis, space utilization, and process simulations.
Develop SOPs, process docs, and training materials.
Lead cross-functional project teams to meet milestones and budgets.
