• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of materials management or supply chain experience.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and strong analytic, organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of materials planners responsible for demand forecasting, procurement, inventory management, and shortage mitigation.
• Oversee daily staffing and attendance; assign resources based on production needs.
• Ensure employees have tools and PPE to perform work safely and effectively.
• Monitor operating conditions and identify potential disruptions; escalate issues to the Materials Planning BU Manager when necessary.
