Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 6+ years in program management or change management in complex environments.
• Proven experience leading large cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments with evolving ownership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and executive summaries.
