Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Program Manager to drive software-enabled improvements in inventory strategy and operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, supply chain, business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 7+ years of experience in program management or similar roles within supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated ability to create and manage detailed program plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver complex projects.
• Experience working with software engineering teams, participating in Agile or similar methodologies.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to drive alignment across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive end-to-end adopted solutions and implementation plans to revolutionize inventory management within the supply chain org.
• Drive Inventory Control Operations priorities and are responsible for efficiency improvements to weekly throughput metrics to make Inventory Quality world class.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage comprehensive software development plans for supply chain initiatives, ensuring scope, schedules, and resources are aligned.
• Maintain clear documentation, tracking milestones, risk management, and proactive communication for the Inventory program.
• Translate business requirements into clear, executable technical deliverables with Product Managers, Supply Chain Operations, and Enterprise Technology teams.
• Identify and resolve program risks, impediments, and cross-team dependencies to ensure on-time delivery of software solutions.
