Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Program Manager to lead the integration and scalable deployment of operational tools across multiple business units. You will partner with technical development teams and operations to ensure adoption, learn rapidly, and drive execution for high-visibility initiatives.

The role emphasizes change management, organizational readiness, and stakeholder enablement to scale operations safely and cost-effectively in support of space exploration missions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in program management, project management, operations integration, change management, product deployment, or a similar role.
• Proven experience leading large, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and organizational change.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and rapidly learn new subject areas.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive summaries and user-facing documentation.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution with a focus on readiness, adoption, and sustainability.
• Own gap-filling programs in priority areas to establish direction and drive outcomes.
• Rapidly acquire deep knowledge of complex processes and act as a trusted program leader.
• Bridge technical teams and operations to enable product features, deployment steps, and value propositions.
• Oversee onboarding and change management for new tool adoption across multiple teams.
• Communicate feature launches, updates, and roadmaps to diverse operational audiences.
• Gather feedback to inform prioritization and roadmaps; resolve adoption barriers.
• Develop scalable rollout plans with pilot definitions, success metrics, and post-launch support.
• Collaborate across operations, engineering, product, and leadership to drive alignment.
• Track adoption, risks, and business impact for senior leadership.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement in deployment and workflows.
