Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Program Manager to lead scaling and deployment of operational tools across multiple units. This role emphasizes organizational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of new solutions.

You will rapidly acquire subject matter expertise, bridge technical and operations teams, and drive measurable improvements in deployment and process effectiveness. Occasional domestic travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 6+ years of program management, project management, operations integration, change management, product deployment, or similar.
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and change.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to produce executive summaries and user-facing docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution with emphasis on readiness, adoption, and sustainability.
• Own priority gaps, establish direction, momentum, and outcomes in evolving orgs.
• Rapidly learn business processes and tools to become a trusted program leader.
• Educate and enable stakeholders on features, steps, impacts, and value propositions.
• Oversee tool adoption and rollout plans across multiple operations teams with scalable deployment.
• Communicate feature launches and roadmaps to operational audiences via demos and docs.
• Collect and relay feedback to product/engineering to inform prioritization and roadmaps.
• Develop pilot plans, metrics, risk management, and post-launch support for scalable deployment.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with operations, engineering, product, and leadership.
• Track adoption and impact to provide data-driven updates to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement of deployment and onboarding processes.
