You will collaborate with Inventory Control Operators, product managers, and software engineers to develop and execute complex plans that align with business goals, driving organizational excellence in supply chain operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, technical acumen, and a commitment to quality to support safe human spaceflight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering, CS, supply chain or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in program management within supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Experience working with software engineering teams and Agile methodologies.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with cross-team alignment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive end-to-end solutions and implementation plans for inventory management within the supply chain.
• Drive Inventory Control Operations priorities and improve weekly throughput metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into executable software deliverables.
• Identify and manage risks, milestones, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track program progress and maintain transparent status updates with stakeholders.
