Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 6+ years in program management, project management, or operations integration.
• Proven experience leading large cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and drive change.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive summaries.

Responsibilities

• Change Management & Large-Scale Project Leadership: Lead large, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, with a strong focus on organizational readiness, stakeholder alignment, adoption, and operational sustainability.
• Gap-Filling Program Ownership: Step into high-priority areas where ownership, process maturity, or organizational structure may be limited, and provide leadership to establish direction.
• Rapid Subject Matter Expertise Development: Quickly learn complex business processes, tools, and challenges to become an effective program leader.
• Stakeholder Enablement & Education: Bridge between technical teams and operations, enabling stakeholders to understand features, steps, impacts, and value.
• Tool Adoption & Organizational Readiness: Lead onboarding and change management for new tool adoption across operations teams.
• Communication & Feedback: Communicate updates and collect feedback to inform prioritization and roadmaps.
• Scalable Deployment Planning: Develop rollout plans with pilots, metrics, risks, timelines, and post-launch support.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate regular syncs across operations, engineering, product, and leadership.
• Reporting & Executive Communication: Track adoption, risks, and impact for senior leadership.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve deployment and workflows, reducing friction.
