Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Program Manager to lead integration and deployment of operational tools across multiple business units. You will partner with technical development teams and operations to ensure adoption and sustained value for complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in program management or related roles.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional projects.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution with focus on readiness and adoption.
• Drive organizational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and sustainable operations.
• Rapid subject matter expertise development across processes, tools, and challenges.
• Bridge between technical teams and operations to enable product adoption.
• Oversee onboarding and change management for new tools across teams.
• Communicate feature launches and roadmaps to operational audiences.
• Gather and relay feedback to inform prioritization and roadmaps.
• Develop scalable rollout plans with metrics and risk management.
• Collaborate across operations, engineering, product, and leadership.
• Track adoption and business impact for leadership updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve deployment and workflows.
