Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Program Manager to lead large cross-functional initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, and operations. You will drive change management, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of new tools to scale our operations.

You will develop scalable rollout plans, ensure organizational readiness, and partner with engineering and product teams to deliver continual, measurable improvements that support our spaceflight mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in program management, project management, operations integration, change management, product deployment, or a similar role.
• Proven experience leading large, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and organizational change.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments where processes/ownership are evolving.
• Ability to rapidly learn new subject areas, build credibility, and become a trusted partner on complex initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence and educate non-technical teams on technical topics, tools, and process changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution with focus on readiness, alignment, adoption, and sustainability.
• Own high-priority gap-filling programs and establish direction, momentum, and outcomes.
• Rapidly develop subject matter expertise and transition to new critical initiatives as needed.
• Bridge between technical teams building tools and operations teams using them; enable understanding of features and business impact.
• Lead onboarding and change management for tool adoption across multiple operations teams.
