Job summary

Target is seeking an Assets Protection Team Leader to oversee store security, guest experience, and loss prevention initiatives. You will lead a team of hourly workers, coordi­nate staffing, and partner with store leadership to mitigate shrink and protect assets.

Responsibilities include crisis response, enforcing Target policies, and coaching teammates in security best practices while maintaining a safe shopping environment for guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 18+ years old.
• Retail loss prevention experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and hold others accountable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and maintain store operations.
• Observe performance, provide feedback, and drive results.
• Lead a team of hourly associates and plan staffing accordingly.
• Respond to theft incidents and maintain in-store security.
• Coach team in security best practices and procedures.
