Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Procurement to support financial processes across monthly, quarterly and annual reviews, close, forecasting and strategic planning. The role focuses on Ingredients & Packaging procurement and collaborates with Operations to drive productivity and savings initiatives.

Applicants should have a BS in a related field and at least 2 years in Finance/FP&A or supply chain finance, with strong communication and cross-functional influence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, FP&A, Supply Chain Finance preferred
• Strong business acumen; interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional team members and work under pressure
• Demonstrated ability to learn systems and processes quickly

Responsibilities

• Support monthly/quarterly/annual reviews and monthly close processes
• Forecasting and development of the strategic plan
• Focus on Ingredients & Packaging procurement and lead pricing/negotiation initiatives
• Coordinate monthly forecast inputs with buyers for accurate forecasting
• Support productivity tracking with local/global teams
• Monitor contractual events and communicate with Controllership
• Generate planning and leadership check-point presentations
