Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Finance Manager for Management Reporting & Data Foundation - Americas, Supply Chain. This role supports the execution of the supply chain management reporting framework and financial data governance across the Americas, focusing on COGS, P&L metrics, and KPIs.

You will drive data quality, reporting automation, and analytics within a global framework. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FP&A or finance transformation, strong SAP/Essbase and BI skills, and demonstrates

Qualifications

BS in Finance-Accounting, Economics, or other related field required.
5+ years of FP&A, supply chain reporting, or finance transformation experience.
Experience with COGS P&L reporting, SAP systems (material ledger), and Essbase reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Support and execute the supply chain management reporting framework, including definitions, standards, and methodologies for COGS and related supply chain P&L metrics.
Maintain and update standardized supply chain financial KPIs and metrics across the Americas.
Develop and maintain supply chain reporting packages, dashboards, and financial insights for Americas leadership teams.
Ensure alignment of supply chain reporting structures across Americas FP&A, business units, and finance teams.
Identify opportunities to automate supply chain reporting processes and reduce manual work.
