Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Finance Manager, Management Reporting & Data Foundation – Americas, Supply Chain to drive the supply chain reporting framework and data governance across the Americas. You will oversee COGS P&L metrics, material and manufacturing costs, and KPI definitions for leadership teams.

Collaborating with FP&A, procurement, manufacturing finance, logistics, and IT, you will push reporting automation and data quality improvements, and help deploy modern tools (Power BI, SAP,

Qualifications

• BS in Finance-Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
• 5+ years of FP&A, supply chain reporting, or finance transformation experience.
• Experience with COGS P&L reporting, SAP (material ledger), and Essbase reporting tools.
• Advanced analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute the supply chain management reporting framework for COGS and P&L metrics.
• Maintain standardized supply chain KPIs and metrics across Americas.
• Develop and maintain reporting packages, dashboards, and financial insights for Americas leadership.
• Collaborate with FP&A, procurement, manufacturing finance, logistics, and IT to align reporting structures.
